Crypto Currencies to remain under pressure through February 2026

Cryptocurrencies started 2026 under immense pressure and, to a major degree, structural rebalancing. Rather than being looked at as a digital safe haven as it once was viewed, market participants have instead fled the assets and moved to more conventional areas such as Silver and Gold. Today’s price action seems to be driven by liquidity expectations, specifically that the incoming Fed chair could push for balance sheet shrinkage.  Analysts are also pointing to central bank policy, regulatory clarity and currenct financial conditoions in the United States. As crypto is still structually reflexive, traders should not rule out further downside risks on the back of margin pressure.
